Daniel’s Philosophy

I founded Daybreak Psychology, nestled in the heart of Geelong CBD, in order to provide clients with a space to grapple with life’s deepest challenges, reflect deeply and experience personal growth.

My philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that healing and growth occur when we accept our thoughts and feelings rather than trying to control them. I guide my clients to foster a compassionate self-awareness, helping them to connect with their values and move towards a life that is rich and fulfilling, even in the storm of life’s difficulties.

Having grown up in country Victoria (Bendigo), I appreciate the serenity of nature. For me, being in nature provides the opportunity to reflect on my relationship to the world and how I relate to my emotions and experience. I integrate the calming essence of the outdoors into my therapeutic environment to help clients feel relaxed and at ease, and to promote deep reflection.

I aim to empower each individual to navigate their journey with confidence and peace, promoting lasting well-being and the development of a life worth living.
